OKX Platform Merchant Application Method

Dear OKX users,

To better regulate platform Makers, we have compiled and formulated the platform Maker management guidelines. The specific rules are as follows:

Merchant Application

1. P2P Merchant Program

(1) Application requirements:

1) Complete video verification
2) Order completion rate of no less than 90%;
3) At least 20 orders;
4) Have 10,000 USDT in the funding account as merchant security deposit.
Note: For applicants who meet the above conditions, the platform will further verify the information, and based on the video review results, the platform will have the right to decide whether the customer can apply to become a Maker. You can check the review results via SMS/email/official Maker application page.
For a better P2P trading experience, please make sure to bind a valid contact method in mainland China.

Note: After revoking Maker status, reapplication to become a Maker is not allowed within 1 month.

2. Diamond Merchant

Application requirements:

1) Complete video verification;
2) Order completion rate no less than 90%;
3) At least 20 orders;
4) Certified as a P2P Merchant Program for at least three months;
5) Funding account has 100,000 USDT as Maker margin;
6) Personal revolving funds equivalent to no less than 3 million RMB;
7) Account has no adverse risk control or restriction records.

Once the above conditions are met, you can contact your dedicated Maker operations manager to submit an application. We will conduct a comprehensive assessment based on your account information for approval.
